In accordance with Article 13 sections 1 and 2 of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, I inform you that DOM INWEST Sp. z o.o., ul. Mazowiecka 30a, Świnoujście, VAT ID 855 148 97 68, KRS 0000305424, Regon 812055640, is the administrator of your personal data.
This means that we handle the use of data in a secure manner, in accordance with the agreement and applicable regulations.

Your personal data is processed based on Article 6 section 1 letter b and f of the GDPR, i.e., the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or to take actions at the request of the data subject before concluding the contract, and to pursue the legitimate interest of the administrator.
Personal data is processed to ensure a high level of service provision.
The Administrator processes personal data only to the extent necessary to perform the contract, and thus in accordance with legal provisions – i.e., those necessary for fulfilling obligations arising from, for example, the Accounting Act and to facilitate communication between the parties to the contract.
Therefore, the collected data concerns:
a. concluding and performing the contract between us – legal basis Article 6 section 1 b GDPR;
b. fulfilling our legal obligations, e.g., issuing and storing invoices, making payments, processing accounting documents; responding to complaints within the time and form provided by law;
c. your data may also be used for direct marketing purposes; however, you always have the right to object;
d. personal data such as phone number and email address are not necessary for contract performance but are used to improve service quality, primarily to enhance communication;
e. in some cases, we may also ask you to provide additional information, such as dietary preferences, to tailor our offer to your expectations;
f. monitoring is applied in publicly accessible areas of the building for your safety;
g. if you use additional services, e.g., massages, rehabilitation services, we will request health-related data necessary to identify ailments or possible contraindications for specific treatments. Please note that in some cases the treatment may be preceded by a medical examination.
The Administrator processes data of Users visiting the Administrator's profiles managed on social media (Facebook). These data are processed solely in connection with managing the profile and promoting various events, services, and products. The legal basis for data processing is the legitimate interest (Article 6 section 1 letter f GDPR).
Recipients of personal data are companies:
- supporting our IT systems,
- providing IT, legal, insurance, hosting, and HR-accounting services,
- supplying software for organizational management;
- providing rehabilitation, medical, or physical condition improvement services (e.g., massages);
We do not transfer and do not plan to transfer residents' data outside the European Economic Area.
Customer/contractor data is retained for 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the contract was performed.
In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
- the right to information about data processing;
- the right to obtain a copy of data;
- the right to rectification;
- the right to erase data;
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object to data processing for marketing purposes;
- the right to object to other purposes of data processing;
- the right to withdraw consent;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Please be informed that providing personal data is voluntary; however, failure to provide it will result in the inability to conclude the contract.
