HOTEL REGULATIONS
Thank you for reading and observing the hotel regulations, which serve to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for Our Guests. For all other information, please contact the reception desk by calling 500.
GENERAL
1. The Hotel Regulations sets out the rules for the provision of services, liability and stay on the premises of the Hotel and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by signing the registration card, making a reservation, paying an advance or the whole amount due for the stay at Hotel & SPA Trzy Wyspy.
2. The Regulations are binding for all guests staying and visiting the Hotel & SPA Trzy Wyspy, hereinafter referred to as the Hotel.
3. The Regulations are available for inspection at the reception desk, in every hotel room and also on the website /hotel/regulations-hotel.
4. In the event of a breach of these Rules and Regulations, the Hotel may refuse to provide further services to the offending person. Such person shall immediately comply with the Hotel's demands, pay for the services rendered so far, and pay for any damage or destruction done and leave the Hotel premises.
HOTEL DAY
1. Rooms in the Hotel are rented for the day. The hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 on the day of departure.
2. The person renting the room (hereinafter referred to as the Guest) may occupy the room between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on the day on which he/she starts his/her stay, if the room is free and prepared for the Guest's arrival, for an additional, currently applicable fee.
3. Upon expiry of the period of stay, the Guest is obliged to leave the key/card received at the reception.
4. When renting a hotel room, the Guest specifies the duration of his/her stay. In the absence of such specification, it is assumed that the room has been rented for one day.
5. The Guest should notify the Reception by 10:00 a.m. of the day on which the room rental period expires if he/she wishes to extend beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival, which, however, is not binding on the Hotel.The Guest's stay may be extended as far as possible and room availability allows.
In the case of extension of the Guest's stay, the price per night from the price list on the Hotel's website on the day of the request shall apply.
6. Guests not checking out after 10:00 a.m. may be charged an additional late check-out fee currently in force.
FEES
1. The current price list of services provided by the Hotel is available on the website / and at the reception.
2. the fee for the stay is charged according to the offer.
3. The fee for the stay does not include the tourist tax per person per day.
4. Due to the spa nature of the city in Świnoujście, there is a resort tax which is calculated for each day of stay of an adult and a child.
5. The amount of the health resort fee is set in advance for each year by Resolution No. LXVIII/531/2022 of the City Council of Świnoujście dated 27 October 2022 on determining the rate of the health resort fee (Official Gazette of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship No. 4783). The text of the resolution is available for inspection at the reception desk and on the website of the Świnoujście City Hall https://bip.um.swinoujscie.pl/artykul/297/2972/oplata-uzdrowiskowa.
6. The spa fee is collected by the hotel and paid in full to the City of Świnoujście.
7. All discounts or reductions granted cannot be added together into one discount.
GUEST'S STAY AT THE HOTEL
1. The booking of a stay is valid on the day of your planned arrival until 24:00. After this time, the booking will be cancelled. The only exception is if you inform reception in advance about a later arrival. Information about the conditions of cancellation of the reservation, non-arrival or shortening of the stay is included in the confirmation of the reservation.
2. In the event of cancellation of a guest's stay during the day, no refund is made for the fee for the day.
3. The stay for children under 3 years of age is free of charge. Guests are required to state the age of the child during the planned stay, not the current one, when making the reservation. On the 4th birthday, the child's stay is charged extra. The current price of the stay can be found on the website.
4. Each Guest using the accommodation is obliged to complete the check-in procedure.
5. The Hotel enforces curfew from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. on the following day. Guests who are intoxicated or whose behaviour disturbs the peace of others (Article 51 of the Code of Offences) will not be admitted.
6. Persons not checked in may stay in the Guest's hotel room from 07:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., upon prior notification at the Hotel reception.
7. The Hotel Guest may not transfer the room to third parties. In addition, the Guest is not entitled to hand over the room he vacates to other persons, even if the period for which he has paid the fee for the stay has not expired.
8. We do not give any personal information about our guests to outsiders.
9. Guests arriving with animals are additionally obliged to comply with the provisions of the Hotel & SPA Three Islands Regulations.
10. The Hotel is not responsible for guests' belongings left unattended.
11. The Guest should notify the hotel reception of any damage to their property immediately upon discovery.
12. Due to fire safety requirements, guests are not allowed to use their own electrically powered devices in the hotel rooms e.g. heaters, heaters, irons. This does not apply to chargers, laptops, hairdryers, hair straighteners and curling irons.
13. For safety reasons, every time a guest leaves the room they should check that the doors and windows are locked.
14. The Guest shall be held financially responsible for any damage or destruction of the Hotel's equipment and technical devices caused intentionally and unintentionally by the Guest or his/her visitors and the animal under his/her care (art. 415 and art. 431 of the Civil Code).
15. The Hotel shall not be liable for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest (art. 846 § 4 of the Civil Code). The Guest acknowledges that the car park (garage) located on the premises of the Hotel is an unguarded car park, electronically monitored only at the entrance - opened and closed with a remote control received at the Hotel reception.
16. A disabled guest has the right to live in the accommodation with an animal - an assistance dog, as defined by the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 123, item 776). However, it is forbidden to bring dogs of breeds considered dangerous (according to the ordinance of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Administration) to the Hotel, as well as animals that may pose a threat to human life or health, in particular venomous animals. Furthermore, it is forbidden to bring an animal into the restaurant, SPA area and swimming pool.
17. The hotel is entitled to charge the guest for the bathrobe not returned by the guest and collected by the guest at the rate indicated at the hotel reception on the day of check-out.
18. Towels are a permanent feature of the room. Please leave a set of towels received in the room on the day of departure.
19. smoking and electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited in all rooms and balconies. Failure to comply with this ban will result in a fine of PLN 500.00. 20.
20. It is strictly forbidden to take towels or bedspreads from the rooms outside the hotel premises.
21. It is forbidden to take food out of the hotel restaurant. Should the guest fail to comply with this prohibition, the Hotel shall be entitled to charge the guest according to the food rates in force on the day the breach of prohibition was discovered.
21. In individual cases (e.g. illness), any need to have meals delivered to rooms should be reported to the reception desk or to waiters in the hotel restaurant.
22. If a Guest who has purchased a package with dinner will inform the reception desk about his/her arrival after 8:00 p.m., he/she will receive a cold plate to the room as part of the dinner.
23. It is forbidden to wear a dressing gown in the hotel restaurant, HTW Café and Keja Bar.
24. For the safety of guests and hotel staff, selected areas of the hotel are monitored). Data obtained from the monitoring is deleted after a maximum of 30 days from the date of recording.
HOTEL SERVICES
1. The Hotel provides services according to its categorisation and standard. Should you have any concerns regarding the quality of services, please report them to the Hotel reception as soon as possible so that the staff can respond immediately.

5. The Guest agrees to return to the address indicated by him/her in the registration card, items left by him/her on the Hotel premises, at his/her expense.6
6. If no address is indicated, the Hotel will store the found items for a period of 3 months.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. In the event of cancellation of the booked stay, the Guest will be charged a cancellation fee:
a) Non-refundable reservation 40% prepayment:
A payment of 40% of the booking value for the reservation via the online payment system or by traditional bank transfer within 7 days from the date of making the reservation. The prepayment will be forfeited in case of cancellation or no-show at the property on the day of arrival.
b) Non-refundable reservation - 100 % prepayment.
To make a reservation, payment for the entire stay in advance via the online payment system or a traditional bank transfer is required within 1 day of making the reservation. In case of cancellation or no-show on the day of arrival, the amount paid will be forfeited.
c) The guest may make a cost-free, one-time change of the reservation (no later than 3 days before the arrival date), to any available date. If the selected date is more expensive than the original date, the price of the stay will be updated and the guest will be obliged to pay the difference. If the selected date is cheaper than the original date, the price of the stay will remain unchanged.
d) Each subsequent change of the reservation will result in an additional cost of PLN 200. If the selected date is more expensive than the original one, the price of the stay will be updated and the guest will be obliged to pay the difference. If the selected date is cheaper than the original one, the price of the stay will remain unchanged.
e) In the event of non-arrival without cancellation, it is not possible to change the booking.
f) In the event of a shortened stay at the Hotel, the Guest is obliged to pay for the entire booked stay at 100%. The amounts paid are not refundable.
