HOTEL REGULATIONS

Thank you for reading and abiding by the hotel regulations, which serve to ensure a peaceful and safe stay for Our Guests. For any additional information, please contact the reception by dialing the internal number 500.

GENERAL

1. The regulations define the rules for providing services, responsibilities, and staying on the Hotel premises and are an integral part of the contract concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation, paying a deposit, or the full amount for the stay at Hotel & SPA Trzy Wyspy.

2. The regulations apply to all Guests staying or visiting on the premises of Hotel & SPA Trzy Wyspy, hereinafter referred to as the Hotel.

3. The regulations are available for review at the reception, in every hotel room, and also on the website /hotel/hotel-regulations.

4. In case of violation of these regulations, the Hotel may refuse to continue providing services to the person violating them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the Hotel's requests, settle payments for services rendered so far, pay for any damage caused, and leave the Hotel premises.

HOTEL DAY

1. Rooms in the Hotel are rented per night. The hotel day starts at 3:00 PM on the day of arrival and ends at 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

2. The room tenant (hereinafter referred to as Guest) may occupy the room between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM on the day the stay begins, if the room is free and prepared for the Guest’s arrival, for an additional currently applicable fee.

3. After the stay expiry, the Guest is obliged to leave the received key/card at the reception.

4. When renting a hotel room, the Guest specifies the duration of their stay. If no such specification is made, it is assumed that the room is rented for one night.

5. Any extension request beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival should be reported to Reception by 10:00 AM on the day the room rental expires; however, this does not bind the Hotel. The Guest’s stay may be extended subject to availability of rooms. In case of extension, the price per night from the Hotel’s price list valid on the day of the request applies.

6. A Guest not checked out after 10:00 AM may be charged an additional currently applicable late check-out fee.

FEES

1. The current price list of services provided by the Hotel is available on the website / and at the reception.

2. The fee for the stay is charged according to the offer.

3. The stay fee does not include the local tax charged per person per night.

4. Due to the spa character of the city of Świnoujście, a local tax is charged for every day of stay for adults and children.

5. The amount of the spa tax is predetermined annually by the City Council resolution No. LXVIII/531/2022 of Świnoujście City Council dated October 27, 2022, concerning the establishment of the spa tax rate (Official Journal of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship, item 4783). The resolution is available for review at the reception and on the Świnoujście City Office website https://bip.um.swinoujscie.pl/artykul/297/2972/oplata-uzdrowiskowa.

6. The spa tax is collected by the Hotel and fully transferred to the account of the Świnoujście City Office.

7. All granted discounts or concessions cannot be combined into a single discount.

GUEST STAY AT THE HOTEL

1. The reservation remains valid until 12:00 AM on the planned day of arrival. After that time, the reservation will be canceled unless prior notification of a late arrival has been given to the reception. Information about cancellation policies, no-shows, or shortening of stays is included in the reservation confirmation.

2. In case of the Guest's cancellation during the day, the daily fee for that day is non-refundable.

3. Stay for children up to 3 years of age is free of charge. The Guest is obliged to provide the child's age during the planned stay when making the reservation, not the current age. From the 4th birthday onward, the child's stay is chargeable. Current prices can be found on the website.

4. Every Guest using accommodation services is obliged to complete registration.

5. Quiet hours are observed in the Hotel from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following day. Intoxicated guests or those disturbing the peace of others will not be admitted (Art. 51 of the Petty Offenses Code).

6. Unregistered persons may stay in the Guest's room from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, after prior notification at the Hotel reception.

7. A hotel Guest may not transfer the room to third parties. Additionally, the Guest shall not sublet the room even if the paid period has not expired.

8. No information about Guests' personal data is disclosed to third parties.

9. Guests arriving with pets must comply with the Animal Stay Regulations at Hotel & SPA Trzy Wyspy.

10. The Hotel is not responsible for Guests' unattended belongings.

11. Guests should promptly report any property damage to the reception upon discovery.

12. Due to fire safety requirements, Guests are prohibited from using their own electrical devices such as heaters, irons, or radiators in hotel rooms. This does not apply to chargers, laptops, hair dryers, straighteners, and curling irons.

13. For security reasons, Guests should always check that doors and windows are locked when leaving the room.

14. Guests are financially responsible for any damage or destruction to the Hotel's furnishings or technical equipment caused intentionally or negligently by the Guest, their visitors, or pets under their care (Art. 415 and Art. 431 of the Civil Code).

15. The Hotel is not liable for damage or loss of cars or other vehicles belonging to Guests (Art. 846 § 4 of the Civil Code). The Guest acknowledges that the parking (garage) on Hotel premises is unguarded and electronically monitored only at the entrance – operated by a remote control provided at the Hotel reception.

16. Disabled Guests are entitled to live in the room with an assistance dog, as defined by the Act on Vocational and Social Rehabilitation and Employment of Disabled Persons (Journal of Laws 1997 No. 123 item 776). However, dogs of breeds considered dangerous (according to the Ministry of Interior and Administration regulations) and animals posing a threat to human life or health, particularly venomous animals, are not allowed. Furthermore, animals are prohibited in the restaurant, SPA zone, and pool area.

17. The Hotel is entitled to charge a Guest for an unreturned bathrobe according to the rates indicated at the reception on the day of check-out.

18. Towels are a standard room amenity. Please leave the towel set provided in the room on the day of departure.

19. Smoking of tobacco and electronic cigarettes is strictly prohibited in all rooms and on balconies. Non-compliance will result in a fine of PLN 500.00.
20. It is forbidden to take towels and bed covers supplied in the rooms outside the Hotel.

21. Removal of food from the hotel restaurant is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in the Guest being charged according to the food price list valid on the day of the violation.

22. In individual cases (e.g., illness), the need for meal delivery to rooms must be reported to the reception or to the waiters of the hotel restaurant.

23. Guests who have purchased a half-board package and inform the reception of arrival after 8:00 PM will receive a cold plate as part of the half-board at the room.

24. Wearing bathrobes is prohibited in the hotel restaurant, HTW Café, and Keja Bar.

25. For the safety of Guests and Hotel staff, selected areas of the Hotel are monitored. Monitoring data are deleted no later than 30 days after recording.

HOTEL SERVICES

1. The Hotel provides services according to its classification and standard. In case of any service quality issues, please report them to the Hotel reception promptly to enable immediate staff response.

2. The Hotel is obliged to provide:

  • conditions for a fully unrestricted rest of the Guest,
  • confidentiality and privacy regarding information about the Guest,
  • professional and courteous service in all services provided in the Hotel.

3. The Hotel is obliged to change bed linen and towels every three days or upon the Guest’s request.

4. The Hotel is obliged to provide free of charge upon the Guest’s request the following services:

  • providing information related to the stay and travel,
  • wake-up calls at a specified time,
  • accepting Guest luggage for safekeeping at the reception before check-in.

5. The Guest agrees to the return of items left on the Hotel premises to the address provided in the registration card, at the Guest’s expense.

6. If no address is provided, the Hotel will store lost items for 3 months.

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

1. In case of cancellation of a reserved stay, the Guest will be charged a cancellation fee as follows:
a) Non-refundable reservation with 40% prepayment: A 40% prepayment of the reservation value is required within 7 days from making the reservation via the online payment system or traditional bank transfer. In case of cancellation or no-show, the prepayment is forfeited.

b) Non-refundable reservation - 100% prepayment: Full payment for the entire stay must be made in advance via the online payment system or traditional bank transfer within 1 day from making the reservation. In case of cancellation or no-show, the amount paid is forfeited.

c) The Guest may make one free modification to the reservation (no later than 3 days before arrival) to any available date. If the new date is more expensive than the original, the price will be updated and the Guest will pay the difference. If cheaper, the price remains unchanged.

d) Each additional modification costs PLN 200. If the new date is more expensive, the price will be updated and the Guest pays the difference. If cheaper, the price remains unchanged.

e) In case of no-show without cancellation, no reservation changes are possible.

f) In case of shortening the stay, the Guest is obliged to pay 100% of the reserved stay. Payments made are non-refundable.
