It is situated on 180 ha of wet meadows and reeds. There are also small pools in several places, which dry up only during prolonged heat waves. The main goal is to protect birds, especially those endangered with extinction of the Aquatic Warbler. There are also other rare species here:
- White-tailed Eagle
- rusty kite
- Montagu's harrier
- corncrake
- battalion.
In total, there are over 140 rare species of birds that can be watched at any time of the year. From the observation tower you can admire Lubiń and its vast surroundings.
