Pursuant to Art. 13 sec. 1 and sec. 2 of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of 27 April 2016, I would like to inform you that DOM INWEST T. i E. Japtok Sp. Jawna ul. This means that we respond to the use of data in a safe manner, in accordance with the contract and applicable regulations.

Your personal data is processed on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b and f GDPR, i.e. processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, or to take action at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract and to implement the legitimate interest of the controller.

Personal data is processed in order to ensure a high level of service provision.

The administrator processes personal data only to the extent necessary to perform the contract, and thus to the extent specified by law - i.e. those that are necessary due to the fulfillment of the obligation resulting, for example, from the Accounting Act and to facilitate contact between the parties to the contract.

Therefore, the collected data concerns:

a. conclusion and performance of the contract that connects us - legal basis: art. 6 sec. 1 b GDPR;
b. fulfilling our legal obligations, e.g. issuing and storing invoices, making payments and processing accounting documents; responding to complaints within the time and form provided for by law;
c. your data may also be used for direct marketing purposes, however, in this case, you always have the right to object;
d. personal data in the form of a telephone number, e-mail address are not necessary for the performance of the contract, but are used for the purpose of improving the quality of services, including, in particular, improving communication;
e. in some cases, we may also ask you to provide additional information, for example about the diet used, in order to adjust our offer to your expectations;
f. monitoring is applied in the building in places generally accessible to your safety;
g. if you use additional services, eg massages, rehabilitation services, we will ask you for health data in the scope necessary to identify diseases or possible contraindications for a specific treatment. We would also like to inform you that in some cases the procedure may be preceded by a medical examination

The Administrator processes the personal data of Users visiting the Administrator's profiles in social media (Facebook). These data are processed only in connection with maintaining a profile and promoting various types of events, services and products. The legal basis for the processing of personal data is its legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR).

The recipients of personal data are companies, who:

1. Support our IT systems,
2. provide IT, legal, insurance, hosting and HR and accounting services,
3. provide software to support organizations;
4. provide rehabilitation, medical or fitness services (e.g. massage);
   

We do not transfer the data of our residents and we do not plan to transfer data to countries outside the European Economic Area.

Data of our clients / contractors are stored for a period of 5 years counted from the end of the calendar year in which the contract was performed.

In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:

1. The right to information about the processing of personal data;
2. The right to obtain a copy of the data;
3. Right to rectification;
4. The right to delete data;
5. Right to restriction of processing;
6. The right to data portability;
7. The right to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes;
8. The right to object to other purposes of data processing;
9. The right to withdraw consent;
10. The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
    

Please be advised that providing personal data is voluntary, but failure to do so will result in the inability to conclude a contract.
